First Time Campers

    Camping at Don's is a blast! If you have never been to Don's before here is a little run down of what you might need to camp on the beautiful San Marcos river! 

   Camping at Don's is first come first serve on the camp ground spots. To pay for camping you will go down to the red building or have a Don's worker handle everything at your car when you pull in. If there is not a person to collect your money go ahead and go to the camp grounds and you can make a payment the next day or on your way out. • CHECK-IN TIMES: You can check-in as early as 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on the weekend, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday, and 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mon - Thurs.
• You're welcome to bring your own grill, but we have grills and picnic tables on the camp grounds! Bring some coal and lighter fluid so that you can make yourself some yummy food!
• Bring a tent and sleeping bags! If you prefer not to sleep on the ground, bring an air mattress to make your stay more comfortable. You can bring an RV also, just remember there are no electrical plug ins. 
• We do NOT allow generators
• There are bathrooms and showers on the property for your convenience. 
• NOTE: We do not offer long term camp sites, our maximum stay is 4 nights.

    The camp grounds are located on everyones favorite spot on the river, the beach area! For all of you first time campers, everyone at Don's is very lucky to have you and can't wait to make your experience great!
